' I attended the Body Therapy Institute in North Carolina before relocating to New Jersey where I graduated from the Somerset school of massage therapy. After obtaining my National Certification, I took and continue to take several continuing education programs to better serve my clients' needs.

• Successfully completing a 120-hour Neuromuscular Therapy program  following the work of  Dr. Janet Travell, allowed me to proudly receive my NMT Certification.
• After attending classes for the 3 levels of Usui Reiki, I was attuned to the Master level of Reiki in the lineage of Mikao Usui.
• Every year, I work with cyclists from different states doing Bike Ride Across Georgia and Festivelo in South Carolina.
