You may be used to choosing between Swedish or Deep tissue massage and if that's what you want, you can certainly ask for it by name.  However we try to make it easy on you.
Each massage session is goal specific.  We establish your goal for the session and cater the massage to your needs. With this in mind, your integrative therapeutic massage session may vary in time.  When scheduling your appointment, plan to be with your therapist between
55 minutes to 90 minutes, depending on your goals for this session.
Regardless of the length of your treatment, the price remains the same.
